The Cullen Aerospace Jet Card, Cullen Enterprise Program, and On-Demand Charter Services are provided by Cullen Aerospace, an air charter broker operating under the regulations of the Department of Transportation. As a broker, Cullen Aerospace does not own or operate any aircraft. All flights arranged through our services are conducted by FAA-certified Part 135 Operators, or their equivalent abroad, who adhere to the highest safety standards established by the FAA and are further vetted by Cullen Aerospace’s own internal criteria.
